Summary Posted: Apr 8, 2024 Weekly Hours: 40 Role Number: 200546397 Commercial Legal is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with global system administration and business process and project management experience to join the WW Contracts team. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding analytical skills, deep attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for an independent, out-of-the-box thinker, analytical problem solver who can provide scalable solutions and strategies for sales and legal contracting processes. Success in this position demands a strategic mindset, the ability to connect the dots in the bigger picture, and comfort in managing the details of all key deliverables. The role requires a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working with minimal direction in a global, fast-paced, occasionally ambiguous environment. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 5+ years as system configurator and administrator experience with a Contracts Management tool, such as Icertis and Emptoris with hands on exposure to system integration design, complex multi-step workflow, rules, and template builds Experience (preferably with a legal organization) in requirements analysis, design, build, testing, end user training and system rollouts with multiple upstream/downstream integrations. Experience building SOX compliant processes and workflows. Must know to build and publish audit reports on these workflow actions. Experience with Databases and mid-level SQL and reporting. Focus on customer delight, ability to manage multiple changing priorities, and a collaborative style are required. Experience working with and facilitating multi-functional groups spread across geographies worldwide. Initiative, drive, and a positive demeanor are required. Description Description Gathers requirements, designs and implements system processes for contracts execution including but not limited to creation, review, approval, redlining workflows, UI configurations and report generation. Audits contract records on a periodic basis. Leads projects as necessary and represents team on cross functional initiatives. Builds and maintains excellent relationships with end-users, cross functional team members, teammates, and other business partners. Trains end-users and personnel as required. Assists with providing user support, troubleshooting user issues as necessary. Develops and updates training guides. Project management and planning, including scope and sequencing of events throughout the project lifecycle. Generation and delivery of concise, meaningful presentation material for all levels of management including project objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestone status updates, and measurable business benefits. Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Systems Engineering or Information Science) or equivalent experience. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300.00 and $197,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
