New Product Introduction and Qualification SpecialistDescription -Field Services - New Product Introduction and Qualification SpecialistNew Product Introduction (NPI) for Field Services:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the introduction of new products into field services outsourced to vendors.Liaise with Quality/GBU to understand product specifications, features, and requirements.Develop comprehensive training programs for vendor field technicians on new product installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.Work with country field team to ensure they are adequately prepared to support new products.Monitor the implementation of new products by vendor technicians and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.Gather feedback from vendors and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in NPI processes and procedures.Service Qualification Management for Field Engineers:Establish and maintain service qualification standards and requirements for field engineers employed by vendor partners.Develop and implement a framework for assessing the technical competencies, certifications, and performance of vendor field engineers.Conduct regular audits and evaluations of vendor field engineers to ensure compliance with service qualification standards.Collaborate with vendor management teams to address any gaps or deficiencies in service qualification and training.Provide ongoing support and resources to vendor field engineers to enhance their technical skills and service delivery capabilities.Serve as a subject matter expert on service qualification requirements and procedures for vendor field services.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
