As part of this role, this person will be responsible for supporting the Nordics (mostly Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland). Part of the responsibilities include:Sustainability Sales support and customer & partner engagements for the NordicsManage virtual and in-person customer briefings to customers directly and indirectly served by HP.Review content and strategy, as well as representing the sustainability team in sales events.Support strategic RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information) with sustainability requirements, as well as be the focal point for escalations, acting as subject matter expert on deals for the NordicsReview sales assets and tools for the market, capture customer insights and unmet needs to feed strategy and plans for the regionSupport the overall go-to-market strategy for Nordics Be part of the team developing strategies for sales enablement, programs and sustainability solutionsReport and review metrics and dashboards shared on a quarterly basis to key internal stakeholdersAct as subject matter expert in the development of sustainability solutions and sales tools from a customer experience standpoint, as well as customer success storiesProvide insights on the development of marketing campaigns, and local community projects as appropriateAct as HP’s sustainability go-to-market expert in Nordic Countries, and as such, provide support to our stakeholders at all levels – internally, including senior management, and externally – including media, top customers and commercial partnersSupport the development of sales engagement plans and SLAs for the Nordics, as well as supporting sustainability plan for the marketDevelop strategies to efficiently engage with customers, defining SLAs and interacting with the commercial organization to align and define execution plans, in partnership with the NorthWest Sustainable Impact and Commercial Organization teamsRepresent the Nordics on global workstreams as needed, supporting the prioritization of unmet customer needs that will drive the development of new sustainability commercial solutions and offerings, as well as reporting capabilitiesSupport the development and training of a network of sustainable impact champions to act as first port of call for sales support & engagementProvide guidance & input for the development of sales-support materials, salespeople sustainability trainings, and channel trainingThe role will be based in HP’s Stockholm office - Sweden, combined with the opportunity to work from home for part of the time.Requirements & essential skillsPassion for sustainability and drive to make a positive difference.Bachelor's or Master's degree (sustainability or environmental focus would be a plus)Minimum of 5 years work experience, preferably in sustainability.Ability to think strategically, develop action plans, and to lead, negotiate and influence different types of stakeholdersStrong presentation skills, ideally to external audiences like customers and partners. Strong problem-solving skills.Strong project management skills – ideally complex, cross-functional and international is a plusCapacity to see “the big picture” in complex, fluid situations, then prioritize and take action with calm and efficiency, working at a fast pace in a flexible manner.Enthusiasm, ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Authentic customer service orientation combined with solid business acumen.Strong teamworking skills.Ability to work with minimal direct day-to-day supervision.Fluent in Swedish and English, other Nordics languages are a plusMust:Interest in or experience of working in a sales environment.Willingness to travel across the Nordics countries to attend customer briefings and sales eventsThanks for taking the time to review our job, if you think it is a match to your experience and interests please apply today, we are eager to learn more about you.
