Join us at Strategic Alliances as we seek a talented Manager to lead a global team in delivering strategic insights and recommendations on portfolio simplification in line with the organization's cost saving objectives.As the people Manager, you will oversee a team operating across North America and Asia, conducting in-depth analysis to provide data-driven recommendations on portfolio simplification, establish governance disciplines for governance, and continuously refine our product lifecycle processes.Responsibilities• Lead a team of 6 resources responsible for portfolio optimization, product transition planning and product lifecycle process across all business units in Personal Systems.• Provide guidance on portfolio complexity database management and data analysis to identify opportunities for portfolio simplification.• Develop governance guidelines and processes to enhance discipline for portfolio complexity• Collaborate with product marketing and supply chain teams to reach alignments of portfolio simplification decisions that drives cost savings• Support discussions on product transition planning during the monthly Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning meetings• Manage change requests related to the existing PLC process/checklist, facilitating cross BU discussions to achieve alignment.
