Our partnership with ServiceTitan has enabled us to continue scaling our platforms and customer base while maintaining our collaborative, tight-knit culture.Ready to be a Titan?As the Senior Salesforce System Administrator, reporting to the Sales/Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing our sales effectiveness through robust reporting and accurate forecasting within the Salesforce platform. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our Salesforce instance meets the evolving needs of our sales organization.What You’ll Do: Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions within Salesforce to support sales performance analysis, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.Design and implement data models, workflows, and processes to streamline sales operations and improve data integrity.Collaborate with sales leadership to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.Lead efforts to optimize Salesforce configuration, including managing user permissions, security settings, and data governance.Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in sales operations.Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality, reporting tools, and best practices.Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce reporting and forecasting capabilities, advising stakeholders on best practices and innovative solutions.What You’ll Need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.  Equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) preferred; Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant credentials preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator, with a focus on reporting and forecasting.Preferred Qualifications: Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, reporting capabilities, and declarative development tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow).Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions to support sales operations and drive business outcomes.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity and complexity.Where You’ll Work:  Ideally the position is located in our St. Louis (Chesterfield) headquarters or our new Dallas (Plano) location, however we are open to considering fully remote employees outside of those two areas. St. Louis/Dallas employees will have a hybrid work model with 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days remote each week.
