ServiceTitan is looking for a versatile Copywriter to join our team of creatives and work hand-in-hand with stakeholders across the company on a variety of marketing initiatives. The Copywriter must be interested in writing for all forms of media, including video, landing pages, display ads, email, social, and more. The successful candidate will help brainstorm and ideate, and will generally play a role in the conceptualization of content and creative pieces.Reporting to the Lead Copywriter, Brand and Creative Services, the Copywriter must be able to acclimate to a fast-paced environment where multiple projects are the norm and deadlines come fast. Above all, the successful candidate must have a passion for storytelling, a willingness to learn, and a knack for transforming sometimes complex subject matter into concise yet compelling messaging that resonates with ServiceTitan’s core audience.What you’ll doWork closely with the Creative Director, Lead Copywriter, Designers, and Video Editors to create compelling content in support of ServiceTitan’s marketing effortsCollaborate with stakeholders across the company on key marketing initiativesWrite copy that is consistently fresh, engaging, and creative while remaining true to the ServiceTitan voice and brandWrite copy for landing pages, events, email, social media, print, display, and moreContribute creative ideas to brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the team to develop innovative conceptsConduct research on different topics, industries, and technologies in advance of creating thought-leadership assetsEdit and proofread content to ensure it is error-free and meets brand standardsWhat you’ll needA portfolio that shows creativity and versatility4-5 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative departmentAn ability to develop and sustain relationships across teams and functionsCommunication and collaboration skills across cultures and time zonesAttentiveness to detail, precision, and accuracy in languageB2B and/or SaaS experience preferredBe Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list.
