Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! The Art & Science of Real comes to life within our facilities located in New Jersey and Arizona — combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As Manager, Receiving, you will lead and develop a team of leaders, fashion product receivers, handlers, and brand experts while driving strategic planning and execution of department initiatives. What You Get To Do Every Day
Establish and oversee operational procedures and quality standards for incoming shipments from consignors while ensuring that items are processed and reviewed accurately
Ensure all inbound product service level agreements and both team and individual key performance indicators are met.
Recommend improvements to operational flows, proactively identify opportunities.
Support various People functions including interviewing, new hire scheduling, training, development, corrective action and performance reviews
Constantly providing professional development for employees with a strong focus on those in leadership roles including senior receivers, leads and assistant managers
Monitor and manage employee performance at all levels; providing coachings and trainings where needed
Look for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrates accuracy consistency and thoroughness
Strong presence and visibility on the receiving floor building rapport with teams, and coaching in the moment.
Responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment that contributes to a reduction in turnover and strong engagement of the teams.
Manage receiving standards and ensure compliance with designer list, condition and brand standards.
Manage daily planning, re-forecasting projections to actuals and summarize past day’s performance; present status updates to the leadership team
Conduct weekly and monthly audits to achieve compliance with standard operating procedures
Oversee all inquiries sent to Receiving support, ensuring responses are timely and accurate
Perform administrative activities associated with the effective management of warehouse operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and organization
Work closely with other department managers to ensure all inbound groups have the assistance they need to process consignments
Attend all required cross-departmental meetings and present relevant information to the team
Responsible for conducting team touch bases, Aligning with senior leadership on quarterly goal settings and executing performance reviews.

What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience leading and managing a team of 50 or more, preferably within an e-commerce warehouse environment
Experience leading and developing both hourly as well as salaried employees and leaders
A proven track record for managing and developing a high performing team in a metrics-based goal driven environment
Excellent business judgment, fact-based decision-making, and problem solving skills
Drive to achieve results both individually and as a team
Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor communication style to suit the target audience; executive presence
Adaptability and openness to change
A growth mindset with a solutions focus

The expected salary range for this role is $87,312.00 - $105,060.00 . To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
