In this role, you will build out and lead a multi-disciplinary creative portfolio responsible for translating our mission, technology, and impact into compelling and cohesive visual experiences that reflect our leadership and innovation in the AI industry. All applicants must submit a portfolio that includes digital, real-time and multi-medium campaigns.ResponsibilitiesSet a creative vision and drive the evolution of our visual brand.Manage a multi-disciplinary team to produce and scale creative output across physical and digital channels, including but not limited to web, digital marketing ads, social media, digital and print collateral, infographics, email, and events. Establish a clear and efficient process for creative project workflows from concept to execution.Ensure consistency across channels, touchpoints, and contexts, threading big and small deliverables together. Create guidelines and resources to enable internal and external stakeholders to support and uphold our brand.Keep on the pulse of software advances, industry trends, and methodologies to continually innovate and drive efficiencies.Consistently encourage the team to build creative visual experiences that engage our audiences and differentiate our brand visually.RequirementsAuthoritative knowledge of brand strategy and the foundational elements that guide impactful and differentiated creative.Strong operational and project management experience, with a proven track record of scaling high-growth global organizations or leading a well-known brand to hit ambitious business goals.Experience engaging audiences with a variety of creative assets that convey complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner.Ability to work in both high-level content strategy and hands-on design tasks.Attention to detail that drives team excellence and high-quality work, on time and on budget.Passion and enthusiasm that inspires fresh ideas and motivates action.Education and Experience10+ years creative leadership experience in the B2B technology industry with proven impact.Degree or equivalent in design or visual communications.Expert-level proficiency with project management tooling and design software (e.g. Adobe Suite and Figma).Mastery of design fundamentals.The talent and dedication of our employees are at the core of DataRobot’s journey to be an iconic company.
