About the team:
Our Host Success team is growing to meet Turo’s increasing demand. We’re seeking an enthusiastic individual to support our top hosts – our Power Hosts. In this role, you'll be instrumental in improving host experiences and expanding their selection of quality listings across various regions. Through building relationships and helping Turo’s become more efficient and profitable, you’ll have a chance to contribute significantly to our mission of putting the world’s billion + cars to better use.Got it? What you will do:
Coach Power Hosts to be set up for success on the platform
Provide recommendations to your accounts on how to optimize their vehicle listings and maximize availability to meet demand
Educate and teach your accounts to use key resources to maximize utilization and grow by adding more vehicles
Impact Turo’s growth by translating host feedback into actionable insights for corresponding internal teams
Be prepared to engage in wider Host Success initiatives, including online partner meetings and in-person event support.
Your profile:
Preferably 2-4 years in account management
Comfortable and organized with Salesforce - your account notes will set the bar for everyone at the company
Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and minimal need for supervision
Skilled at using Google Docs, Sheets and Slides to collaborate in the department and company
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic startup environment; you’ll have guidance when you need it, but you’re also goal-oriented and can execute without close supervision

Have a BA/BS degree or relevant equivalent qualification
The Phoenix base salary target range for this full-time position is $56,000-$68,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your work location during the hiring process. Please note that the salary range listed in this posting reflects the base salary only, and does not include bonus (if applicable), equity, or benefits.
