We’re looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Employee Engagement Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of global employee engagement programs aimed at engaging and retaining the best and brightest talent. You will collaborate with teams across SDS, Apple’s People team, and other Apple functions to develop and deploy these programs. Ideally, you have a positive, can-do attitude and care deeply about a inclusive work environment. You have experience and feel comfortable operating across a global organization that also values regional and cultural characteristics among our international sites. SDS is a flat and fast-moving organization that partners and operates complex environments. Being able to think strategically, operationally execute, and take full ownership while also being highly organized, upbeat, and optimistic are essential to long term success in this role. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 10+ years of employee engagement programs, People/HR programs, communications, event planning and project coordination in a fast-paced customer-focused environment Great ability to drive projects with cross-functional teams Exceptional attention to detail Strong writing, researching, communication, and copy-editing skills Superior planning, organization, and execution skills Proven track record of driving process improvements and a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service Ability to work a flexible schedule and to embrace change and ambiguity enthusiastically Demonstrated success in managing international collaborations Flexible and creative problem solver Ability to work independently, execute multiple projects simultaneously, playing multiple roles as needed, and cut through ambiguity while meeting deadlines Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage at all levels of an organization with a professional demeanor Skilled at effectively managing and prioritizing escalations or business critical situations Technologically-proficient and willingness to embrace a variety of internal and external software applications with the ability to learn new tools quickly, especially in Keynote, Pages, Box, Quip, Apple Events, Wrike, and Webex Description Description • Lead the global coordination of SDS initiatives around employee engagement and inclusion and diversity • Lead SDS Rewards and Recognition programs • Help support and coordinate implementation of key People programs (Rotations, job opportunities, Employee Survey initiatives etc) • Manage the coordination of overall logistics for the engagement events • Create and manage event assets to support the events • Manage team collaboration and knowledge management tools to optimize team workflows and efficiencies • Partner with internal and external resources to ensure alignment of messaging and coordination of processes for timely execution • Provide frequent and clear communications regarding project status to key stakeholders while raising potential issues or key decisions needed to ensure successful project delivery • Produce or coordinate the creative development and production of the assets needed to support each program • Review past projects and results to identify wins/learnings for business process improvements and influence internal change management • Ensure key metrics are collected, understood and acted upon appropriately Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required, 10+ years of relevant experience. Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Travel is required Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,900.00 and $250,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
