Job Requisition ID #24WD77221Position OverviewAutodesk is looking for the Workplace Manager in Atlanta, GA. You will maintain site to meet high company standards for organization, cleanliness, aesthetics, and sustainable operations. You will direct the daily facilities operations and event management tasks working directly with on-site administrative support and property management groups. You will also serve as liaison for any building maintenance needs.You will report into the Senior Manager, Regional Workplace East and you will report daily onsite into the Atlanta office You must be available on-call after hours and on weekends for emergency maintenance issues.ResponsibilitiesYou will initiate contact, grow a positive working relationships with site leader, landlord, property management, external service vendors and managers to understand their needs and takes appropriate actions to resolve issues and act to resolve issues that may ariseYou will maintain knowledge of building management's, policies and maintaining building specific filesYou will oversee onsite event management and Autodesk Conferencing Experience (ACE) activitiesYou will sit on Atlanta Site Council and provide ongoing guidance towards employee engagementYou will implement onsite activities to encourage the flex forward program & promote having productive meetings onsiteYou will manage employees and provide ongoing direction and coachingYou will establish and manage facilities budget and reports financial information promptly. You will forecast quarterly budget needs within 1% of variance.You will use internal dashboards, analyze employee attendance and work patterns; advise management of recommended actions or changes to spaceYou will oversee building vendors, including janitorial, day porter, and maintenance staffYou will provides technical assistance with audio visual presentations and manage maintenance and calibrate systemsYou will manage and delegate service request tickets within Eptura for service, repairs and maintenance, determining the nature of the problem(s) completing the request or recommending appropriate solutions to customers promptlyYou will perform ongoing facilities maintenance inspections of public and common areas by conducting "walk-throughs" of site to ensure compliance with local health and safety regulationsYou will model company safety policies and participates in Emergency Response Team effortsYou will oversee shipping and receiving deliveriesYou will ensure safety protocols are followed by employees, including badge access policie sand alert Safety and Security Team, Building and Security staff of any disturbances or potentially dangerous situations; Complete incident reports, model company safety policies and directs Emergency Response Team efforts. Acts as Incident CommanderYou will maintain the appearance of entire office environment, including reception area, conference rooms, kitchens and employee meeting areas and manage Green Cleaning program through vendor relationshipYou will perform set-ups and tear downs of multi-purpose, conference, and training roomsMinimum QualificationsYou have 7-10 years of experience in facilities, workplace or building management fieldsYou have 5 years supervision/management experienceYou have 3+ years' experience of current, relative workplace and event management experience, including experience in hospitality and handling medium sized and complex eventsYou have experience with operating and capital budgets and how to manage site budgetYou have project management skill, adding valuable insights and efficiency to project executionYou have experience with vendor management and the implementation of the corporate safety programYou have the ability to lift up to 50 poundsThe Ideal CandidateYou have experience with computerized maintenance management systems, subcontract management, life safety management skills, energy management and the development of standardized operating proceduresYou have with sustainable building operationsYou have managed routine operational plansYou are proficient in basic tools, light handy work, building maintenance, facilities inspections, and hands-on with furniture setup for events and technical experience with building control systems, environmental systems and audio/visualLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $82,700 and $133,760. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
