Job Requisition ID #24WD77354Position OverviewWe are looking for a Sr Finance Manager CCS to join Autodesk's COO Finance organization. You will report to the Senior Manager, Financial Analysis CCS and will support the Global Commercial Customer Success organization on forecast process, business analytics, performance measures and data driven decision making. This role partners cross functionally across senior leadership to understand and convert the corporate strategy into financial measures and processes.You will demonstrate outstanding critical thinking, excellent collaboration skills, strong financial aptitude and business intuition, and the capability to work at multiple levels, while focusing on the daily financial details.You will be a key team member to deliver valuable business support, while adding new systems and technology (e.g. Anaplan, Qlikview, Power BI) and aligning with the evolving top line metrics (Billings, ACV, Revenue, ARR and Subscriptions). In addition, the right candidate will possess strong aptitude for financial planning and analysis, building and delivering reliable, accurate and timely data, modeling and analyses, and being able to understand and articulate business impact beyond numbers.ResponsibilitiesEstablish strong partnership with COO Finance and Field Operations teams to deliver top line metrics and analyses while driving best practices globallyEngage in planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting of financial performance across WW Territories teamsWork collaboratively with other finance functions including, HQ, Tax and Treasury to align financial reporting and forecastingCommunicate effectively process updates, key deliverables, and timelines to the team and stakeholdersAct as key interface with Finance HQ and Systems Team to ensure information requirements align with Corporate and COO Finance strategyOversee quarter end executive reporting and presentations, including quarterly operations review and quarterly business reviewsSupport CCS team through quarter end close and GEO End of Quarter processEstablish strong partnership with the key stakeholders (Sales VP, Sales Senior Directors, and Finance Business Partners) to provide analysis support for the assigned business groupCommunicate effectively to key stakeholders around processes update, key deliverables, and timelines per requirements from COO Finance HQReimagining processes, data structures, and dashboards for simplicity, agility, and adaptability to keep up with GTM innovationHelp build robust financial models for new business metricsKey role in end of quarter process including partnering with multiple cross functional teams (Revenue accounting, Global Customer Support & Operation, Sales, Finance)Manage quarter end executive reporting and presentations, support quarterly operations review, and quarterly business reviewsProvide regular and ad hoc analysis, build financial report and modeling that drive insightful color of business performancesWork across functions to drive efficient processes and systems, and leverage best practicesLead or participate projects related to process improvementMinimum QualificationsBachelor in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Business equivalent; Master degree/MBA a plusMinimum 8+ years of experienceTechnically sound, systems savvy with advanced skills in Excel modeling; Experience in financial software (i.e. Business Objects, SAP, Anaplan, Qlikview) is a plusExperience with SQL and large datasetsExperience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.Ability to tackle complex issues using financial models and quantitative analysisAttention to detail and accuracy; Capable of managing multiple tasks while adhering to firm deadlines; Proactively partner with key stakeholders to drive forecast decisionsAbility to turn data into actionable insights; Create innovative solution to solve problemsEnjoy working as part of a global team#LI-ML2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $124,700 and $201,740. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
