Role and ResponsibilitiesAlways provide correct information to the customer.Listen carefully to understand the true customer concerns.Show empathy and respect with each customer interaction.Complete all other tasks as assigned by the management team (Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStay on top of the different updates received about the product. Qualifications and Education RequirementsExcellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.Self-starter with strong work ethicThe ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
