If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Broadcom's Central Engineering Group builds the Foundation IP that powers Broadcom's leading silicon product families.In this position, the successful candidate will be part of the team responsible for the design, development and delivery of standard cell and custom library foundation IP in the latest advanced FinFet process technology nodes.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign standard or custom digital logic and sequential cells or macros at the transistor levelMake design tradeoffs for circuit performance , power and reliabilitySimulate and analyze circuit designs using industry standard simulation toolsDevelop and maintain CAD flowsInterface with design teams to understand requirements and identify opportunities for custom solutionsKey RequirementsDigital or mixed-signal circuit design knowledgeUnderstanding of cell layout or physical designFamiliarity with FinFet Process Technology nodesFamiliarity with EDA tools used for cell design, layout, verification, simulation and characterizationExperience with Virtuoso, Cadence Skill programming preferredExperience with scripting using Unix, Perl, TCL or PythonQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering and 12+ years of related experience required Additional QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Collaborate and work within and across teamsLead major initiatives to completion with minimal supervisionCandidate must have the legal right to work in the US.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $111,000  - $185,000 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
