The Workday Learning Product Management team works in close collaboration with our customers and drives the design of this revolutionary, learner-centric product.This role will be on the Cloud Connect for Learning Product Management team. Cloud Connect for Learning allows our customers connect and import content and tracking/ content consumption information from third party content providers.About the RoleIn this role you will:Collaborate with Development Teams:Working with the development teams to provide requirements, use cases, customer feedback to deliver world class solutions for our customers.Engage customers and content vendorsCommunicate the vision, value and strategy of Workday Learning to customers and vendors.Support vendors as they onboard with Cloud Connect for Learning, get them up and running with their content import and tracking config.Be channel for vendor queries post launch.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation that will act as both our technical documentation for signed on customers, but also for prospective vendors who want to understand the technical architecture required to connect with Cloud Connect for Learning.Build a steady pipeline of vendors on our backlog - engage with vendors, sell the Workday Learning story.Research and Strategy:Identify gaps in the productBuild out backlog/roadmap of future enhancementsResearch competitors, what areas can we go deeper in with WorkdayAbout YouBasic Qualifications:3+ years Product Management experienceExperience with Agile or Lean Software DevelopmentExcellent oral and written communication skills—adept at communicating complex concepts to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership, customers and vendorsOther Qualifications:Experience working with integrationsExperience with xAPIExperience with Learning Technologies/ Learning Experience Platforms/ Learning Management SystemsA fast learner, meticulous, decisive, who also enjoys a fast-paced work environmentYou see product development as a team sport, and thrive in a collaborative, agile, continuous discovery, and continuous delivery approach.You are a strong leader with an ability to motivate and inspire a teamAbility to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and professionallyOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
