If you are energized by driving effectiveness and leading strategic impact in a fast paced, fun, agile work environment, this is for you!About YouBasic Qualifications:3+ years experience managing teams5+ years experience leading large-scale, strategic programs in a global technology organization, preferably with a focus on operations, streamlining processes, propagating effective practices and developing simple tooling solutions or equivalent experienceBA/BS in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experienceOther Qualifications:Proven record of delivering results through a teamConsistent record of leading in an agile, fast paced environment, delivering work in small increments to get user feedbackExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipExperience in complex problem solving, and adapting quickly in a tight schedule environmentConsistent track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external partners, driving decisions and resolving challenges collaboratively, and ensuring follow-throughCapable of managing, tracking, and troubleshooting multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment with cross-functional teams, users, and partnersProven ability to facilitate effective communication across disparate teamsEvidence of excellent planning, delivery, and problem-solving skillsSuperb written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and meeting facilitation skills, especially when working with senior leadershipHighly curious about business/product operations and effectiveness - experience in optimizing and automating operations and processes is a plusDemonstrated expertise in building trust and collaborating with other teams to achieve organizational goalsExperience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvementsIdeally experience of leading teams building solutions in no-code tools like Smartsheet, Quickbase or similar toolsOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
