This position will report to the Director of FP&A and will work very closely with the FP&A team as well as Accounting, IT, and HR. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Financial Planning Systems and critical integrations/data flows needed to provide the core capabilities to support the Financial Planning and Reporting requirements of a high-growth business. The individual must have superior communication, project, and change management skills, as well as a passion for enabling business processes, people, and technology through innovation and technology. You will be empowered to challenge the status quo, dream big and have a massive impact.What you'll do:Manage the Financial Planning System (Adaptive Planning), including modeling, reporting, and integrations, i.e. HCM (Workday), CRM (Salesforce), Snowflake, etc. Collaborate with the Finance Leaders to drive the automation and process improvement strategy for all of the manual reporting/analytics within FinanceEnsure data integrity in the Financial Planning System - specifically, partnering with various stakeholders on reconciliations to our Financial Systems and other core data feedsServe as FP&A SME for cross-functional systems projects and implementations which impact the Financial Planning System, including M&A projectsProject Manage key initiatives using best practices and company tools to ensure project success with clarity of objectives, scope, responsibilities, deliverables and dependenciesWhat you'll bring:BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related area3-5 years of experience as an analyst in a fast-paced environmentPreferably experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, and/or Workforce Planning, and AnalyticsExperience with financial planning, ERP and other business systems such as Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Workday HCM and Financials, Intacct, SalesforceProcess-oriented mindset, driving simplification and standardization, even with the most complex situationsExperience working with large sets of finance and/or HR data and familiarity with best practices for data cleanliness/integrityExceptional communication, both written and oralAbility to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and effectively communicate technical concepts to FP&A business partnersHigh level of skills with Excel and Google spreadsheet modeling, formulas, charts, etc.Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environmentBe Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $85,000 CAD - $127,000 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
