We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The Challenge:We are seeking a sales expert and dynamic individual to join our team as the Outbound/CSAM Sales Manager for Adobe Business Direct, responsible for the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.As the Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Outbound/CSAM professionals, driving performance and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer success and satisfaction. Responsibilities Include:Managing and mentoring a team of Outbound/CSAM representatives to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand Adobe Business Direct's presence in the APAC market.Building positive relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive value.Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support to optimize customer experience and drive business growth.Supervising sales performance metrics, analyzing data, and providing regular reports and insights to senior management.Continuously evaluating and improving sales processes, tools, and techniques to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.Providing leadership, mentorship, and support to team members, encouraging a positive and collaborative work environment.What you’ll need to be successful:Bachelor's degree.5+ years of progressive sales experience, with a focus on B2B sales.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with vendors or partners in a sales capacity is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to empower and encourage others.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strategic problem solver with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.Results-driven approach with a passion for driving business growth and customer success.Adobe for All Adobe strives to create an environment where our employees can do their best work and drive their career growth and development based on their personal goals.
