Legal entity cost allocation process analystDescription -Job SummaryCost allocation process Analyst role will be an addition to our team with an intent to help support increasing work requirements. We work on a WW process to transfer costs between legal entities ensuring that we follow the guidelines provided by Transfer pricing team / AFM. Our process is considered a key control for SOX purposes and the reports we generate are reviewed periodically both by internal and external audit teams. The analyst will support our WW process in the following key areas. Extract data from GL adhering to SOX requirements. Compute cost transfers adhering to guidelines provided by Transfer pricing team using excel or third-party SW accurately considering the high volume / value of transactions we process.Work with various stakeholders like IC design team, Master data management teams to ensure that required entries are booked correctly.Help reconcile the cost transfers booked monthly ensuring that the fall out workings is accurate,Work on reports that is due to be sent out to various stakeholders. Responsibilities include the following:Provides the most complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a unique understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.Drives process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function globally.Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts.Ability to influence multiple organizations within a broad scope, typically interacting with Directors up to Vice President (VP)s level.Understanding SOX Control and Compliance necessities and maintain process documents in line with SOX requirements.Provide support to many entities across the world that would require data to support audit requests.
