The role requires effective interaction within a matrix organization Region and GBU, with key counterparts in all business aspects. Main Objectives & responsibilitiesLeadership and execution of AMS GTM plans in collaboration with AMS sales leadership, SBM organization, marketing, GEC and othersField-facing product life cycle and NPI managementSegment-focused sales support and content development; competitive intelligence & selling against; partner managementDriving targeted programs specific to each country requirementsDevelopment and execution of GTM programs and pricing guidelinesSupport value selling, drive AMS training strategy and executionManage the AMS Products & Solutions team, comprised of product and segment managers.Strategic Planning – translates business goals into actionable plans and strategies that reflect the requirements and opportunities within the area of control.
