IT Business Consultant 4Description -About us:We are an international team, located in HP offices in AMS, EMEA and APJ regions.Our team works closely with various Business and Finance or support functions subject matter experts on designing a Finance flow for new HP products and services. We ensure that every aspect of legal, accounting, tax and HP internal supply chain rules is followed in any country.Join us to see how this works in practice and how important is a role of trading structure when a company launches a new product or transforms its supply chain operations.Description:In this role, the trading structure project manager will strategically assess and design optimal trading structure on large-scale internal transformation project (s). Deliver ‘approved’ impact assessment to business requestors and IT for implementation. This role requires deep experience managing large-scale, complex and cross functional stakeholder projects.This role requires a unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including Finance, Supply Chain, Tax, Customs/Global Trade, Order Management. Contribution to the development of innovative principles and ideas, successfully operating in HP's most complex disciplines, and providing highly-innovative solutions across multiple organizations and functions. This will involve leading large, cross-division functional teams or projects, teams and/or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives.Responsibilities:1. Manages internal projects2. Manages stakeholder relationships:Manages complex multi- function and/ or global relationships with senior and executive stakeholder management.3. Delivers trading structure in respect of HP TS guiding principles, in country and HP compliance regulations/policies, within HP standard S4 capabilities4. Document all trading structure decisions and ensures adequate communication follows5.
