You will be responsible for gathering user requirements, translating them into technological solutions, and supporting HR and employees in maximizing the potential of Workday. This role requires a unique blend of information systems expertise, HR knowledge, and a proactive, self-starting attitude.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements related to Workday functionality and processes.Solution Design: Translate user requirements into technical solutions within the Workday platform, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.Enhanced Reporting: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Workday to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders.Headcount and Personnel Costs Management: Utilize Workday for headcount and personnel costs management reporting, providing accurate and timely data to stakeholders.User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for user support and troubleshooting related to Workday, providing timely resolution to issues and inquiries.Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of Workday updates and best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance system functionality and efficiency.Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR and end users to maximize their proficiency with Workday.Data Integrity and Security: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data within Workday through regular audits and adherence to data governance policies.Project Management: Lead or contribute to HR technology projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.Pre-Requisites :Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related fieldFamiliarity with HRIS platforms; proficiency in Workday is preferred but not mandatoryStrong understanding of HR processes and practicesAbility to quickly learn new technologies and platformExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersProactive self-starter with a passion for driving continuous improvementProject management experience is a plusIf you are passionate about leveraging technology to empower HR and enhance employee experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
