The team is responsible for developing and supporting Data Services, Data Warehouse, Analytics, MDM, Data Quality and Advanced Analytics/ML for multiple business functions including Sales, Marketing, Services, Support and Customer Experience. The MDM Developer will be part of the Enterprise Architecture & Data team and will work closely with Data Governance teams, business stakeholders, application architects and the Data Services team in deploying and maintaining robust Master Data Management solutions. This is a hands-on technical role, responsible for design, development and deployment of Reltio end-to-end implementation, including core MDM, Data Quality, Data Governance and Metadata Management solutions.About YouKey Responsibilities:Work closely with solution architect, business analysts, product owners to understand the data & business process and work on development activities. Produce and develop detailed MDM design specifications, develop custom mapping functions and customization to the data tier of MDM Hub.Identify and analyze business requirements , functional design and translate requirements to technical specifications , Reltio workflow configurationAnalyze, define and implement data quality rules. Design and implement role specific MDM UI, Match Rules for complex entity relationship, code performance tuning of application database and Reltio MDM platformDesign and develop custom workflows using Java, Python or other languages.Translate business requirements into technical design,Define business process workflows using MDM tools to enforce data governanceCollaborate with several technical teams and business users for Development, QA and operations supportConduct MDM unit tests, code reviews & deployments.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is required.5 + years of experience with Data Integration, Data Quality data architecture and Master Data Management project life cycle, best practices5 + of years of hands-on experience with Informatica/Reltio Multi-Domain MDM, and Data Quality suite of productsMust have experience with Agile and MDM Solution Development. - Data modelling, Data Integration, Data validation, Match and Merge rules and Data stewardshipExperience working on SaaS products. 4+ years of experience in building robust data integration pipelines.Strong functional knowledge with experience mastering multiple domains and inter-domain relationshipExperience with configuration of core Informatica/Reltio MDM Hub components Experience in engaging stakeholders to drive MDM design decisionsExperience with real time integration of master data into MDM using different integration tools like Informatica Powercenter, Snaplogic etcOther Qualifications:Exposure to Visualisation tools like Tableau is desiredIntegration experience between MDM and CRM platforms like Salesforce is desired but not mandatoryExposure to cloud platforms like AWS is desired but not mandatoryCoding experience in Java is desired by not mandatoryOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
