This includes developing and executing advertising strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing advertising to drive maximum value for eBay's customers. Additionally, the eBay Ads team is mainly responsible for partnering with retailers and brands to help them reach their visibility and sales goals on eBay.Your tasks:Supporting brand manager and coordinating with account manager to understand brand goal and seller targets.Provide recommendations to brand manager and seller on necessary vertical-specific ad enhancements.Monitor overall campaign performance, drive upgrade revenue.Maintain a revenue base by reaching defined KPI to reach client retention and renewalEfficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growthDevelop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processesUnderstand the economics of assigned verticals, sales structures, brand/ seller goals, margins etc.Meet quarterly goals vs. building long-term relationships with brandsmultiple and cross functional stakeholder managementRequirements:3+ years experience in ecommerce, performance marketing, digital advertising, account management, CPC expertisePrevious experience growing, scaling, and supervising campaignsExceptional organized structured approach , data driven, and client service skillsProven experience building strong customer relationships and efficiently communicating internal and external voices.Open-minded, team playerAbility to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment, and to deal with ambiguityFluent in German and EnglishDon’t meet every single requirement?
