They will lead the intake and backlog process for driving collaborative, timely, on-schedule results, effectively driving change management for all projects implemented.What you’ll doLead and collaborate on global, cross-functional People Team strategic projects and programsPartner closely with the People Team Business Partner organization to lead people-impacting projects from intake to adoptionCollaborate closely with the other PMO, Operations, and People Team organization team members in applying and refining our project management infrastructure, processes, tools and techniquesWork with key partners to identify, support, and implement process improvement initiatives to enable strategic objectives. Support and implement operational cadencies for the People Business Partner team. Influence and inspire change to ensure efficient implementation, proactive partner management, teamwork, budget sensitivity and delivery timelinesDefine, Identify, track and manage achievements and metrics for portfolio of programsIdentify and capitalize upon cross-project and cross-program alignmentsProvide thought leadership and influence to ensure portfolio delivery meet targeted objectives and strategic goalsPrepare regular updates to ensure insights are shared and establish operational mechanisms to review progress of programsProvide change management consultation for global People Team initiativesServe as the central point of contact for team members for program details and statusWhat you need to succeedPassion for eBay’s purpose driven natureExcellent priority setting, planning, and organizing skills with attention to detailStrong, proven technical project/program management skills, including project definition, identifying required resources, monitoring deliverables, partner management, progress reporting and trackingAbility to balance multiple, complex projects in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment delivery high levels of performance and service excellenceStrong change management skills and experience with a strong track record of adoptionAgile and waterflow project management experience (and how to blend the two)Work experience in human resources, employee experience and/or proven people management or leadership experience is preferredExperience with or strong understanding of the HR business partner role, Human Capital Plans and workforce planningExperience with Smartsheets (building roll ups and widgets)Ability to thrive in an environment that at times may have ambiguity and constant changeExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to develop strong professional relationships with peers, managers, executives and cross-functional teamsAbility to use good judgment to problem solve, make decisions and involve necessary individuals at the appropriate timeCreative thinkingA bias to action6+ years of professional experience in a fast fast-paced and dynamic environmentBachelor’s degree preferredPMP certification preferredChange Management certification preferredPlease see the Talent Privacy Notice for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
