About the role
As an Associate Engineering Manager, you will be instrumental in cultivating a collaborative and innovative work culture. You will oversee a team that is poised for growth and spans multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include:
Advancing the software development life cycle through proactive initiatives.
Implementing agile best practices to manage software delivery, focusing on continuous integration.
Mentoring engineers, enhancing their skills and career development.
Fostering a collaborative environment to ensure the timely delivery of product features.
Strengthening cross-functional partnerships to achieve the company’s objectives.
Scaling your team in alignment with ambitious business goals.
Establishing processes and benchmarks to confirm market readiness of the product.
We are looking for you if you have:
An interest in Agile development processes and continuous improvement.
An affinity for teamwork and enjoy supporting your team members.
Solid software development foundations, with the ability to lead and teach.
The knack for turning complex requirements into executable plans with clear timelines.
An understanding of public and private cloud technologies.
Proficiency in English at the B2 level or higher.
A background in a Desktop-based company is preferred.
8+ years of experience in software development in an Agile environment
