Learn more at  diligent.com . Overview The FP&A team at Diligent focuses on planning, reporting, and business partnership across the entire business. This position offers a great opportunity to work directly with key company stakeholders in advancing Diligent’ s growth strategy through a detailed focus on resource planning. Strong financial analysis and forecasting enables Diligent to determine how best to deploy our resources to continue (and accelerate) our growth. The FP&A team oversees the company's financial well-being while supporting operational and business planning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We work hard to ensure growth is accurately projected and that our financial results are properly accounted for. We’re looking for a Headcount Analyst who can assess the opportunities ahead of us and help Diligent make sound hiring decisions. This position reports to the Director of FP&A and will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on spend related to FTEs and Contractors. The ideal person for this role will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and has an interest in process improvement. This position offers the unique opportunity to make an immediate and substantial impact on a market leading SaaS business. This position is full-time. Responsibilities: Collaborate with FP&A team members, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition on hiring forecasts related to FTEs and Contractors. Maintain an up-to-date headcount roster of all active and open positions to accurately forecast resourcing expenses. Develop models for operational benchmarks and internal KPIs using industry benchmarks. Maintain real time open role tracking through partnership with Talent Acquisition team Assist with monthly reporting to Budget Owners and quarterly to Board of Directors/Creditors. Partner with the HR Team to analyze the impact of policies and metrics such as: turnover, location, benefits, parental leave, diversity, compensation, recruiting data, and survey data. Perform deep-dive analyses to deliver insights on the root causes of issues and make recommendations on how best to monitor and meet them. Provide approaches and solutions for better forecasting using historical data and business intelligence. Qualifications: Ability to work with minimal direction and handle multiple projects, while knowing when to seek guidance Strong modeling and presentation skills, Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal Oracle, Greenhouse, Jobvite, and OneStream experience a plus Possess a strong level of confidentiality for sensitive information Team player, pro-active and action oriented, and anticipates business needs What Diligent Offers You   Creativity is ingrained in our culture.
