Job Requisition ID #24WD77047Position OverviewThe Autodesk Diversity & Belonging team is seeking a Senior Manager, Global ERG. To be considered, you will be a passionate, strategic, and effective individual to advise our nine Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).You will report to the Director of Strategic Diversity Programs, and you will drive a strategy to accelerate the impact of our ERGs and work with ERG leaders to achieve their missions. We're looking for someone with both vision and executional capabilities, who can partner across identity groups, and at all levels of the organization up to our senior executive team. Most of all, we're looking for someone who is passionate about our vision of creating a successful community of diverse professionals in the tech industry.This position can be 100% remote and be based in the U.S. or Canada.ResponsibilitiesPromote Autodesk's overall Global Employee Resource Group StrategyManage a positive, proactive, and trusting relationship with ERG leaders and members across AutodeskAdvise on best practices in managing work streams to ensure delivery from pilot to scaleBuild relationships with Executive Sponsors, leaders within our functional teams, People Business Partners, internal people consultants, Employee Relations (i.e. our Thrive team), Legal, Talent Acquisition, and multiple other Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure alignment to D&B strategy, positive employee experiences, and impact our ERGs can have on broader company goalsWork with senior executives to cultivate immersive connections, advocacy, and awareness of diverse employee perspectives between leaders and ERGsBuild scalable support and leadership development programs for ERG leadersDevelop cross-ERG programs to retain and grow members' careers at AutodeskDevelop infrastructure and processes to improve the efficiency of ERG operationsIdentify "intersectional collaborative" opportunities between ERGs to maximize collaboration, budget, and impactMeasure the impact of ERGs of diversity and belonging goalsLook ahead to the next horizon of ERG impact at Autodesk and the tech, design, and make community at largeMinimum Requirements5 to 7+ years of experience in Diversity and Belonging, business strategy and operations, and ERG leadershipExperience launching and leading an Employee Resource GroupExperience inspiring and influencing others, especially Global ERG Leads, who are not direct reportsExpertise in and passion for Diversity & Belonging and cross-cultural communicationsBalance leading with expertise and leading with humility, empathy, and trust.Program management expertise with an ability to manage multiple in-flight initiatives and partnersExperience influencing all levels of the organization up to the Executive StaffCoach junior, peer and senior colleagues regarding programming and events protocols, ERG processes and procedures, and collaborating with stakeholdersExceptional written and verbal communication skillsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $132,800 and $214,830. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
