Job Requisition ID #24WD77318Position OverviewWe are looking for a trusted finance business partner to join Autodesk’s Worldwide Sales Finance team at Autodesk. This position reports directly to the Global Complience Senior Finance Manager and its primary business partner will be Sales Director of AMER License Compliance. Additionally, the position will support Technical Specialists team in the Americas. Responsibilities Partner with Americas License Compliance Team and Technical team to provide accurate billings, ACV forecasts, reporting and analysisLeverage Anaplan and Salesforce to help team with forecast submission and trackingParticipate in the quaterly deep dive meetings and provide insights into team’s performance for finance perspectiveEngage with Americas license compliance leadership regarding business strategy, go to market and annual planningCreate quotas for sales and management roles within the supported teamsManage the planning and forecast process for Opex, supported by the Spend AnalystWork with License Compliance Team to audit and submit commissions attainment on a regular basisAssist in commission analysis and YTD rep attainment as the bridge between commissions and sales teamsCollaborate with the broader sales finance community to facilitate and drive the evolution of our reporting tools, to keep up with the evolution of business requirementsPerform regular analysis of regional business performanceProvide Deal Support in partnership with the Deal Development Team on agreements supporting accounts within License ComplianceParticipate in special projects in support of Worldwide Sales Finance TeamMinimum QualificationsBachelor degree, preferred in Accounting or FinanceMinimum 5+ years of relevant experience with finance or business analysis backgroundPrior experience in a technology/software/SaaS company is a plusAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointHands on experience with financial software (e.g. Anaplan, Qlikview, SAP, etc.)Articulate and concise with strong communication skillsStrong team player and leadership potentialAbility to adapt to a complex and changing environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlinesAbility to work on cross-functional teams across the globeThe Ideal CandidateThe right candidate for this role must demonstrate independence, excellence and integrity in decision making and business judgementA strong knowledge of information systems, financial planning, accounting, strategic planning, risk assessment and business development is required, preferably in software companyThe candidate must demonstrate strong collaboration skills, financial aptitude, excellent business intuition, and the capability to work at multiple levels, including high level strategy and day-to-day financial detailsThis candidate must effectively partner with business leaders, yet still adhere to his/her fiduciary duties as a member of the finance organizationLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
