Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Can assist in planning, coordinating, organizing and executing various employee engagement programs, recognition and events.Can draft engaging and informative communications, newsletters, and announcements related to employee engagement initiatives.Analytical skills which include collecting and analyzing data related to employee engagement, including survey results, feedback, and participation rates. Can act as a point of contact for employees to gather feedback, suggestions and concerns related to engagement.Creative mind to prepare designs for employee engagement activity and program.Can prepare liquidation reports and other post event documentations.
