The DevOps Engineer is responsible for supporting and collaborating with the software engineers, system engineers, and other IT staff members.  He will also manage code releases. Supports the designing, planning, and testing of existing networks and systems infrastructure. What it will do:Suggests and provides development tools for Software Engineer and Quality Assurance Analyst to make their tasks more efficientEnsures the scalability & extensibility of software through improvements & application refactoringImproves software quality through integration of automated testsCreates and maintains documentation for tools & application architectureEnsures reliability, availability, security and stability of systemsPerforms regular maintenance & backup and troubleshoots system-related issues as neededWhat do we need from you?A graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or any related fieldWith at least 2 years DevOps Engineer experience is a mustExperience in using or working with the following:Unix System AdministrationCloud computing platforms preferably AWS, etc.Continuous Integration Tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD, etc.Relational and NoSQL databases such MySQL, MariaDB, MSSQL, Redis, MongoDB, etc.Version Control System such as Git, etc.Ansible, Terraform, Packer, Docker,  etc.Highly proactive in initiating process improvements and possible upgrade or development in existing processesBackend programming and scripting languages such as PHP, Python, Bash, etc. (a plus)Frontend programming languages such HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc. (a plus)What we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
