Job DescriptionThe Opportunity: Adobe is looking for an outstanding Marketing Automation Business Advisor, who has a real passion for driving clients to realize the value of Marketo based on standard methodologies and sharing marketing best practices. This role will be part of our Customer Success Organization. This is a key role at one of the hottest technology companies in Silicon Valley – and the entire US! We are looking for high energy, data-minded, and tech-savvy people with marketing or marketing automation knowledge who can provide strategic and tactical advice based on real-life experience.What you'll do: Work directly with Marketo customers to turn their marketing into a revenue driver, using best practices in marketing automation, lead management and revenue performance managementCollaborate with clients and Customer Success Managers to capture requirements, get feedback on designs and present resultsConduct analysis and prepare marketing automation reporting and presentations to be presented to Marketo customersRecommend solutions to help clients advance their marketing maturity and use of marketing technologiesHelp advance the customer digital experience, by means of ground-breaking projects and thought leadershipCollaborate and direct multi-functional teams internally and externally to optimally deliver a project end-to-endHelp Marketo’s customer success team maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.What you'll need to succeed: You have 3+ years’ experience in Marketing or Marketing Operations field or as a Marketing Automation consultantHave a deep understanding of Marketing & Sales processes in mid-size and large enterprisesKnow marketing automation processes including lead management, campaign management and online marketingExperience working with CRM applications such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft DynamicsHave hands-on experience with an enterprise-level Marketing Automation system (Marketo experience is a plus, but not required)Problem solver with an attention for data to measure resultsYou are marketing minded and have a good sense businessExcellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, executive level presenceSolid project management and organizational skillsPrevious consulting experience is strongly preferred but not requiredTechnical Requirements: Working knowledge of CRM systems commonly integrated with the Marketo platformUnderstanding of HTML, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP API’s strongly preferredUnderstanding of data warehouses, relational database concepts and platformsExperience with data schemas and the ability to discern relationships between data sourcesExperience with Marketing Automation campaign deployment – external (email, nurture flows, events) and internal (lead scoring, opportunity lifecycle, sales alerts)Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $94,300 -- $174,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
