We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! Essential FunctionsEngage with stakeholders (internal, partners, customers) to understand business challenges and define compelling solutions.Understand end to end business processes, pain points and KPIs and provides input to Field Product Manager to help drive the future roadmapLead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the teamProvide product roadmap, progress and performance updates at run-the-business meetings, and quarterly and annual planning sessions.Represent business needs in technical design sessionsTransform MVP initiatives into prioritized detailed business requirementsDrive resolution for tool and process problems that interfere with delivering content at the velocity and volume of the business needsRequirementsBA/BS degree in a technical (or related) field or comparable experience6+ years of product management experience, including demonstrated experience developing new features and enhancements for the products. Ability to work with cross functional teams across multiple geographies, and ability to interact with and influence people over remote communications even where you do not have authority over themProven ability to listen to and translate client requirements and expectations, working with end users and internal users.Ability to tailor communications to articulate with confidence complex technical scenarios to non-technical peers, partners, and superiors, depending on their needsAbility to work non-standard hours when needed to meet project deadlines.Additional experience desired in:Web content management, and Content Management Systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager)Learning management systems (e.g., Saba, Captivate Prime)User centered design principles (journey mapping, persona identification, pain statements and user experience)Agile Development methodologyStay abreast of evolving business and user needs to proactively identify/recommend opportunities to enhance business processes within the approved initiativeExceptional problem-solving, project management and organization skills, with meticulous attention to detailAbility to take ownership of your actions, decisions and mistakesA high degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologiesAnalyze large and detailed, yet incomplete, data sets in order to make recommendations around business improvementsAnticipate stakeholder’s needs and seek out new opportunities to optimize product requirements, and investigate new tools or methods that support optimization, accelerate content publishing velocity or scale with business needs.Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
