Senior Product Operations Manager - Digital SolutionsDescription -The Senior Product Operations Manager will be responsible for operational rigor and excellence in all the SaaS offering being developed in the Digital Services org in HP. This individual will work closely with various teams, including product management, engineering, architecture, business, and hold the bar high when it comes to overall operations of the organization in development of SaaS products and their use by HP's customers.Responsibilities:Product Launch and Support: Help coordinate product launches, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-launch. Process Improvement: Streamline product development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement and maintain product management tools and systems. Product Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development and implementation of product strategies. Help Conduct market research to inform product development and positioning. Team Collaboration and monitoring: Work closely with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to track various business, technical and product metrics and ensure goals and OKRs are met. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments. Data Analysis: - Analyze product performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Monitor and report on product usage, customer feedback, and market trends. Communication: Prepare and provide regular updates about program progress, issues, and risks to key stakeholders.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 6-10 years of experience in product management or operations in a software development environment. 5+ years of experience in product management experience at high growth software companies.Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. Knowledge & Skills:Passionate about and had a deep understanding of Agile Software development methodologies. Adept at using and evangelizing tools like JIRA, ADO etc.Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics. Demonstrable mix of business acumen and hands on software development experience. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.Excellent written/verbal communications skills.
