As Principal Service Executive for our Global Services organization in Korea, you will be responsible for the planning, management, and execution of all Services business development activities in your area. You will be a key member of the Workday Services team, working alongside the Workday Korea leadership and Account Executives, driving Workday's growth for Korea.About the RoleYou’ll use your experience with consulting sales and project delivery to help prospects put together a plan for a successful project, including scope, resources, timeline, and costs. You’ll employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday’s SaaS Solutions and Platform technologies as the efficient, modern alternative, and you will be an authority in Workday’s innovative deployment methodology. You will work closely with Workday Partners to help them plan successful projects and grow their business. If you have a stellar consulting delivery and sales track record, are a self-starter, and love working in a complex fast-paced environment, then this Workday team is the place for you. About YouUnderstand the Korean competitive landscape and prospect needs so you can optimally position the value of Workday Services. Work with our Korean leadership, Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to define the successful Services Strategy for our customers, partners and prospects. Present Workday Services overviews and conduct services discovery sessions.Work with our teams to build and validate our Services Proposals and high-level Project Plans.Handle, negotiate, and close Professional Services Agreements, Statements of Work and other contractual documentation.Nurture mutually beneficial relationships with Workday Service Partners.Maintain accurate and timely prospect, pipeline, and services forecast data.Provide support for Services activities and events.
