As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that involve advanced Excel skills, data analysis, and reporting.Responsibilities:Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, to analyze and manipulate large data sets.Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that can inform sales strategy and operations.Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain forecasting reports and analytics on a weekly basis.Ensure data governance by scrubbing and cleaning data to maintain accuracy and reliability.Streamline multiple dashboards into a more efficient and cohesive reporting process.Maintain good dashboard hygiene by organizing and optimizing dashboards for easy navigation and error identification.Requirements:Currently enrolled in a master's level program, preferably in a field related to business analytics or data science.Proficiency in advanced Excel techniques, including pivot tables.Experience working with data analysis and reporting.Familiarity with analyzing and manipulating large data sets.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors in data and reporting.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Available to work full-time for the duration of the internship program (between May to September, depending on your school system).Open to working in either Toronto or Dallas.How to Apply:Please submit your application by providing the following:Up-to-date resume that includes your availability (start and end date) and expected graduation.Cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and why you are interested in the Reporting and Analytics Intern position.Please apply to this job posting only if you are available full-time for an internship during the stated period.What's Next:The Equinix New to Career team will be reviewing applicants on a rolling basis throughout October and November and will reach out to applicants accordingly.
