The position resides within our product program management organization.Responsibilities:Influence, negotiate, unblock and make key decisions that will lead the teams to hit their targetsAnalyze, understand and take next steps based on your program's metrics and competitive landscapeCommunicate and collaborate effectively, at all levels, including executive updates and presentations, and program documentation and trackingLead to quarterly and annual planning processesLead key operating rhythms within the Buyer Experience / Recommendations team and between partner teams; improve processes and help solve partner concerns, even through ambiguityBalance trade-offs between business needs with technical constraints; gaining consensus across partners along the wayAnticipate, assess and manage issues and risks independently; perform as needed root cause analysis and recommend mitigation plansLevel up the organization through strong program management standardsPrioritize and track the progress of the product portfolio against key objectives and resultsAssess existing PMO processes, structures and provide feedback on improvements and best practicesQualifications:8+ years of project management experience with partners within Program/Product/Engineering/Ops organizationsExperience working in an end to end, cross functional environment with engineering, design, product, ops, and program management counterparts to deliver products/servicesDemonstrated track record of leading large-scale projects in a product environment from conception through completionCapable of ensuring action items are clear and followed through, regardless of stakeholder seniorityAbility to take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances, under little or no supervisionClear and concise communication, documentation and presentations to your program manager and leads, and timely escalations of potential risksAbility to work with teams composed of both technical and non-technical membersPrioritize competing priorities without loss of efficiency or visibilityManage multiple partners at various level in the organization and working with them all equally, proactively and transparentlyWillingness to be hands-on and do whatever is vitalBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalentIn-depth knowledge of Agile methodology; proficient in Jira, Airtable, Scrum, PowerPoint#LI-HybridPlease see the Talent Privacy Notice for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
