Description: We are seeking an Associate Scientist Intern with a passion for developing and applying methods to detect proteins from liquid biopsy samples. The successful candidate will perform experiments to optimize and integrate Alamar’s NULISA assays onto our automated platforms. This person should have experience in molecular biology, eg. PCR, ELISA, and/or lab automation. The candidate will work with innovative technology and collaborate with a highly talented and motivated team to address unmet research and medical needs. Responsibilities : Run manual/automated/hybrid NULISA assays and evaluate performance Carefully inspect the run and run results, and document the findings Assist in identifying sources of limitation and in optimization Perform data analysis and report results Help with reagent preparation and organization   Required Qualifications: Degree in biology, or chemistry, or biological or biomedical engineering, or chemical engineering. Understanding and experience in applying molecular biology methods such as qPCR, immunoassays. Strong analytical and laboratory skills. Must be self-motivated with a positive “can do” attitude and have good project management skills Strong communication skills and able to clearly articulate results and data. Making customers our top priority; The base salary range for this full-time position is $25 - $30 per hour. Our salary ranges are determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The ranges displayed on each job posting reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries but are subject to change if the leveling of the role is adjusted.
