Please visit (http://joinworkdayeducation.com/)http://joinworkdayeducation.com (http://joinworkdayeducation.com).About the RoleOur Workday Education Content team is looking for a curriculum architect to develop the curriculum vision for our emerging products and build and lead early product training.You will quickly develop subject matter expertise on new products and determine impacts to our existing functionality and curriculum. You will define course requirements, write learning objectives, and develop course materials based on business needs and audience analysis. You will craft self-paced training offerings and handle the associated logistics while continually monitoring product changes and updating course materials accordingly.Curriculum architects work collaboratively across teams to develop and communicate the overall vision for training deliverables. Our architects regularly assess training related needs and gaps based on ongoing development and analysis of training, customer wellness, and the success of deployments.We work closely with Education Content Development, Solutions Enablement, Professional Services, Product Management, Product Development, Product Documentation, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure agreement on priorities, training goals, and use of resources. In collaboration with these teams, you will identify if and when to convert a workshop to a self-paced format and when to transition the course to the Education Content Development team.You will serve as the lead Curriculum Architect for department-wide initiatives, defining strategy and collaborating with your fellow architects to achieve project objectives.About YouWe are looking for an architect who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that demands leadership, accountability, agility, and a whatever-it-takes approach to deliver on commitments. You should be an innovative person who can drive ideas from concept through implementation.Basic Qualifications5-8+ years experience in instructional design, curriculum development, instructional technology, and/or systems training5+ years of experience creating content for software systems.5+ years of experience in enterprise softwareOther QualificationsProven track record and ability to craft a vision and related blueprint for engaging, interactive, and effective training that directly support learning objectives and Workday value proposition.Able to adapt to changing environments and work processes in an exciting, robust organization.Proven ability to independently manage agile projects and formal or informal teams, including multiple deliverables produced by large, diverse teams, on tight timelines.Strong advising and partnering skills to work effectively with peers, subject matter experts, and other business partners, including experience leading, facilitating, and presenting.A technical aptitude, including the ability to learn new technologies quickly and analyze learning related data for the purpose of improving decision-making, offerings and business.Preferred: Experience with Articulate Rise 360.This role can be based out of any Workday office.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
