In this role, you will enable data-driven decisions by providing financial and operational analytics, benchmarks, insights and recommendations. We’re looking for someone meticulous about drilling down and understanding data, a self starter, a great communicator, and someone who enjoys collaborating with diverse and talented people. This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Director of Finance.Responsibilities:Business partnering - Develop trusted relationships with and be the primary Business Finance point of contact to several VP-level Product leaders.Collaborate with leaders to provide visibility they need to make key business decisions around investments & drive growth across product portfolios.Partner with a junior analyst to support the budgeting & forecasting process - Drive monthly/quarterly headcount and expense forecast cycle, ensuring accurate projections, appropriate level of reporting, analysis, and communication. Develop and maintain enhanced business performance insights package based on interpretation of financial results and familiarity with Product development KPIs (ARR, ACV, product attach rates, etc).Able to work independently with varying levels across the organization.Synthesize ambiguous information and distill into actionable insights.Develop and present executive level presentations to summarize key messages and drive decision making.Provide additional ad hoc support to the broader Business Finance, Investor Relations, and Corp Dev teams.Professionally present monthly and quarterly financial packages, providing qualitative financial analysis around key performance indicators.Business processes - Become acquainted with business processes and highlight key areas of strategic focus.About YouWe are looking for a skilled collaborator who can build trusted partnerships at every level of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of financial planning, financial modeling skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills. In addition, we are looking for a motivated self-starter who can roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced environment.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 7 years of related experience across FP&A, Strategic Finance, Strategy, or Operations.Other Qualifications:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to synthesize sophisticated topics into clear and concise messages.Financial modeling experience & analytical skills with a focus on building scalable, repeatable tools & processes with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to understand the business beyond finance, and strong ability to think strategically.Exposure to accounting principles (revenue, cost of revenue, operating expense) and their application to periodic financial reporting, planning and forecasting.Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.Positive, self-starter attitude with an eagerness to learn and improve.High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Google Sheets and Slides. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
