Blue Yonder Job Title:CVP, Composable Journey Executive AdvisorLocation:Dallas or Scottsdale preferredUS - RemoteOverview:The CVP, Composable Journey Executive Advisor is an individual contributor who works closely with the Blue Yonder team to provide executive level support and guidance for account planning, customer engagement, executive sponsorship, sales plays, sales content, training support, partner alignment, and leadership mentoring. The role requires a strong understanding of Blue Yonder's composable journey process/framework and tools, as well as the ability to articulate the company's vision to customers and prospects.What you will do:Provide executive level support and guidance for account planning, customer engagement, executive sponsorship, sales plays, sales content, training support, partner alignment, and leadership mentoring.Work closely with the Blue Yonder team to ensure that the composable journey motion is executed effectively in accounts where it is expected.Engage with senior level customers and prospects to articulate Blue Yonder's company and product vision, and link it to the Composable Journey motion.Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts where Composable Journey assessments and/or implementation efforts are under way.Contribute to Composable Journey sales plays, sales content, and associated training support.Liaise with key BY partner executives relative to their alignment to and leverage of BY’s composable journey process/framework and tools.Mentor current and future BY senior leaders on the Composable Journey motion.What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.15+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in a software or technology company.Strong understanding of Blue Yonder's composable journey process/framework and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to senior level customers and prospects.Proven ability to lead and mentor teams of senior leaders.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel as needed.-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is $186,626.00 to $284,687.00 USDThe salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
