We accomplish that by investing in the communities where both our customers and employees serve and live.Role Overview: As the Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of our employees. This position requires a deep understanding of learning systems, instructional design principles, and technical expertise to deliver effective training programs.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Global Community of Excellence (COE) for L&D:Provide insight to global team on regional learning needs, trends, and challenges.Prioritize regional training requests to align with the global COE calendar.Assist in the customization and adaptation of global learning programs to suit the local needs of the Indian workforce.Support Local Learning Strategy Development:Conduct thorough needs assessment with Senior Manager, L&D to identify learning gaps and opportunities within the workforce in India.Design, develop, and implement innovative learning solutions tailored to address specific regional requirements, leveraging both internal resources and external vendors when necessary.Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development, integrating relevant methodologies into local strategies.Delivery and Facilitation:Deliver high-quality training sessions and workshops, both virtually and in-person, to employees across various levels and functions within the organization.Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting self-directed learning resources and facilitating knowledge-sharing initiatives.Maintain and interpret training metrics/ data to measure learning trends within the organization.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions, gather feedback, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.Stakeholder Engagement:Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across different business units and levels of the organization, advocating for the importance of learning and development initiatives.Collaborate with HR Business Partners teams to align learning objectives with broader talent development strategies.Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, providing guidance on employee development plans and learning opportunities.Qualifications:MBA/ Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.5-8 years of experience in learning and development roles, with a focus on both global strategy alignment and local delivery.Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Experience in using training tools and learning management systems and proficiency in MS Office is desirable.Detail oriented and demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive projects to completion.Experience working in a multinational corporation or cross-cultural environment is highly desirable.-This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
