HPPK HR Business PartnerDescription -Job Summary• This role is responsible for engaging in intricate analysis to address challenges within specific business units, recommending effective solutions. The role enhances policies and processes, while driving effectiveness and alignment with global HR programs with business priorities and collaborating on transformational projects. The role solves intricate problems with innovative approaches, leveraging HR management expertise for guidance on complex issues.Responsibilities• Performs complex analysis for specific functions or business units, identifies issues and recommends solutions.• Leads moderate complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.• Supports policy and process enhancement, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational growth.• Communicates and guides the implementation of global HR programs and works to ensure alignment of the programs with priorities and goals of the business or function.• Partners with HR leaders on priority projects that support organization- wide transformation initiatives.• Conducts the quantitative and qualitative analysis of financial and workforce data to support the implementation of HR programs processes and services aligned to talent, performance and compensation, organization design, assessments and talent planning.• Discusses and compiles the needs of the business or function on an ongoing basis to maintain consistent plans between HR and the business or function.• Drives the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long term) by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.• Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions based on defined guidelines.• Escalates and seeks advice for more intricate issues spanning various programs from HR management, leveraging their extensive domain expertise.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in HR functions, organizational change initiatives, workforce plans, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.Preferred Certifications• Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)Knowledge & Skills• Business Strategies• Change Management• Data Analysis• Employee Engagement• Employee Relations• Human Capital• Human Resource Management• Human Resource Strategy• Human Resources Information System (HRIS)• Labor Law• Organizational Architecture• Organizational Development• Organizational Effectiveness• Performance Management• Project Management• Succession Planning• Talent Acquisition• Talent Management• Workday (Software)• Workforce PlanningCross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.Complexity• Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
