You will report to the Finance Director BP&PM Field Analysis & HQ Forecasting and lead a team of three finance professionals. You will support the Global Commercial Customer Success organization on forecast process, business analytics, performance measures and data driven decision making. This role partners cross functionally across senior leadership to understand and convert the corporate strategy into financial measures and processes.You must partner with business leaders, yet follow your fiduciary responsibilities as a member of the finance organization. You will demonstrate outstanding critical thinking, excellent collaboration skills, strong financial aptitude and business intuition, and the capability to work at multiple levels, while focusing on the daily financial details.The ideal candidate will be leading the team to deliver valuable business support, while adding new systems and technology (e.g. Anaplan, Qlikview, Power BI) and aligning with the evolving top line metrics (Billings, ACV, Revenue, ARR and Subscriptions).
