We are a lean team that focus on high impact product areas to deliver features for Workday's customersAbout the RoleProduct Management in the AI space is all about understanding technology and where this technology can be applied to address meaningful business problems for Workday. This specific role is for a Product Manager in the ML Core team. You will be accountable for working in the following core foundational product areas:1/ Intelligent Q&A powered by groundbreaking technology in GenAI2/ ML Observability and transparency about Data3/ New capabilities and tooling to quantify ML value for our customersAbout YouBasic Qualifications3+ years of PM experience with a technology focusEnterprise oriented product management experience preferredTechnical degree with a BS/MS or equivalent experience in Computer ScienceStrong team-oriented player with a focus on influencing engineers and designers on their product ideasOther QualificationsPrior experience with AI and Machine Learning product management would be an advantageClosely working with engineers and building customer facing products is helpfulBuilding 0-to-1 products is highly preferredPrior engineering experience is a plusWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
