This position is within Engineering Operations, we partner with multiple teams across Q2 to grow users and usage on the digital banking platform. We are focused on building deep relationships within Q2 and improving cross-functional effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your release and program management skills within a rapidly growing organization where you can help shape the future of release and program management within Engineering Operations and across digital banking engineering.  A Typical Day:Core responsibilities include managing, planning, scheduling, and controlling software initiatives and deliveries through planning, development, testing and deployment.Proactive governance ensuring all security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy policies, controls, and commitments are achieved.Attention to detail ensuring clear escalation routes and risk mitigation are in place for managing cross-functional initiatives, performing release and deployment activities, all of which are focused on end-to-end program health and software delivery.Enjoys collaborating across teams with a focus on managing dependencies, delivering high quality software, and driving improvements on individual initiatives and across the portfolio.Drive consistency in PMO standards across programs/projects/releases and promote cross-functional business objectives. You invest in yourself and others by helping to onboard and train your teammates.Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For: ​Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in project management or computer science with a minimum of 8 years in a Program Manager role or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience. Servant leadership with 5+ years working with agile/scrum teams.  Solid understanding of agile software development lifecycles. Motivated and organized with a proven track record of iterative and incremental improvements.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.  You can effectively translate and communicate technical information and risks to various audiences within the organization.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent analytical ability and data driven decision making.Self-disciplined, self-motivated, and ability to organize and prioritize time effectively.Flexible, creative, able to think quickly, take the initiative, and willing to make judgment calls.This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
