If you’re eager to build strong, collaborative relationships, help achieve a common goal and make a lasting, daily impact - you’ve found the place to do it.Your Day to DayAs a HR Representative, you would be working on:· Providing support to all employees of GoTo when it comes to HR related matters including processing new joiners, leavers and any other relevant employee related job changes· Partnering and supporting the local People Business Partners in every-day matters· Working in close collaboration with the Payroll Team to prepare monthly payroll· Managing all GoTo related benefits· Running the onboarding sessions· Administering paperwork and information regarding cafeteria plans, payments, health services and job-related documents· Supporting Hungary/UK/Ireland/Finalnd HRBP with HR related matters (new joiners, leavers, benefits, etc.)What We’re Looking ForAs a Senior HR Representative, your background will look like:· Very strong attention to detail· A couple of years’ experience in similar position· Good communication skills in English and Hungarian· Precise, accurate work style, strong time management skills· International HR Ops experience is a plus (supporting multiple countries remotely)· Fixed-term contract: 6 months - maternity cove
