If you’re eager to build strong, collaborative relationships, help achieve a common goal and make a lasting, daily impact - you’ve found the place to do it.Your Day to Day As a HR Representative, you would be working on:Providing support to all employees of GoTo when it comes to HR related matters including processing new joiners, leavers and any other relevant employee related job changesPartnering and supporting the local People Business Partners in every-day mattersWorking in close collaboration with the Payroll Team to prepare monthly payrollManaging all GoTo related benefitsRunning the onboarding sessionsAdministering paperwork and information regarding cafeteria plans, payments, health services and job-related documentsSupporting Hungary/UK/Ireland/Finalnd HRBP with HR related matters (new joiners, leavers, benefits, etc.)What We’re Looking ForAs an HR Representative, your background will look like:Very strong attention to detailA couple of years’ experience in similar positionGood communication skills in English and HungarianPrecise, accurate work style, strong time management skillsInternational HR Ops experience is a plus (supporting multiple countries remotely)Part-time employment: 20 hours/week
