Genesys Cloud routing brings together customer context and data – both historic and real-time – to optimize customer experiences and deliver measurable improvements in key business outcomes. Our routing solutions run the gamut from simple queue based mechanisms, all the way up to routing based on machine learning models with Genesys Predictive Routing. As Genesys Cloud grows, so we’re adding more sophistication to routing capabilities on Genesys Cloud, and we’re looking for a product manager to support this growth. As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for understanding the increasingly complex needs of customers in this space, and defining and delivering a roadmap to respond to those needs. You’ll have end-to-end ownership of feature development for a section of our roadmap. You’ll work closely with your engineering, QA, UX, tech writing and product operations colleagues to define requirements and oversee every stage of product development, including getting customer feedback and running early access beta programs. An ideal candidate is someone with a background working in product management in a cloud delivery environment, comfortable with managing complexity and ambiguity, and with experience in marshalling multiple stakeholders to deliver product features to market.
