Provides mentoring and guidance to employees. Accountable for developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction.Responsibilities: Manages and leads key programs involving multiple functions to develop and enhance the overall business performance.Directs the development of overall program strategy, budgets, resource allocation plans, and general program requirements for the business.Leads all activities across program teams with accountable for overall program performance.Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; collaborates with internal partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to drive continuous improvement.Develops and leads operational reviews.Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and initiatives.Reviews, evaluates, and enhances processes through continuous assessment.
